Here are Frans’s comments on how the FCCA (Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority) has sought an extension for the processing of the BLC Turva acquisition until May 27. 
According to the FCCA’s preliminary assessment, the acquisition may result in adverse competitive effects in the locking systems market segment in the regions of South Karelia, South Savo, and Central Finland. Locking systems is BLC’s largest business area, but the company also has other significant business areas.
