Good old Lehto enters corporate restructuring.
The District Court of Oulu has confirmed the corporate restructuring program for the construction company Lehto Group. The goal of the restructuring program is, among other things, to enable the company to start its energy construction business.
The restructuring program is based on the company completely divesting from the Lehto Group’s construction business and pivoting its operations toward real estate energy solutions and energy storage, i.e., the energy construction business.
