LeadDesk is acquiring the Fluentic software solution, which provides AI-based translation and automation solutions for customer service. This is a small-scale (0.5 MEUR) business acquisition. In our view, the acquisition is logical and in line with the company’s product development strategy, which centers on the rapid development of AI features. The purchase price was not disclosed, making a more detailed assessment of the deal difficult at this stage, but we estimate it to have been moderate.
