Same scene. I originally bought this because the company has a gold deposit of well over 10 million ounces in Alaska. However, the same deposit contains stibnite veins that contain many percent antimony. A moment ago, news had come that metallurgical experiments have succeeded in enriching antimony. This is probably under the USA government’s observation, and investors are starting to understand it.
JPM performed well, even though it looks red. Perhaps the red color was partly due to the CEO’s cautious words about the economy in general and geopolitical risks, but in my opinion, the result was good anyway, and the company’s own outlook wasn’t lamented either.

However, the stock price has now soared to its yearly high at a new euro level. How come?
Here, we are likely looking at the long-term prospects. Today, for example, there was information from Helen that a significant jump in electricity consumption is in sight for the coming years. Of course, with current wood prices, major electricity consumer forest industry faces further shutdowns, but new data centers, electric boilers, etc., are emerging at a steady pace. Electrification, AI, etc., are easy wins for Fortum.
Of course, there will certainly be bumps along the way, but perhaps in the end, patient Fortum investors will be rewarded with a ?!
Yesterday, I added to my position in NuScale, which manufactures small reactors, holding 750 units at an average price of 40.22. I also mentioned it in yesterday’s buys and sells. The timing was good.
I’ve now put the stocks you mentioned on my watchlist a few times. It feels like by the time I’ve just finished reading the first quarterly report, the stock rises by double-digit percentages. This happened with this one and ABAT. I don’t know if I should just start blindly investing in the stocks you find, as they always seem to keep rising🙄
Does anyone remember, amidst all this boom-boom-rare-metal-drone-AI-quantum-radar-robot-space-alt.energy-hype, that there’s a company in the world whose 15 billion market value might even be based on something a bit more concrete?
