KONE will deliver People Flow® solutions to TRIBECA, London’s largest purpose-built life sciences campus in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter in King’s Cross. The project, developed by Reef Group, aims to promote innovation and accelerate economic growth in the UK.
KONE will deliver 27 machine-room-less KONE MonoSpace® 700 DX elevators and one high-performance KONE MonoSpace® 500 DX elevator to the campus. They are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026.
The developer is Reef Estates Limited, and the main contractor is Ardmore. Architectural design was by Perkins&Will.
KONE booked the order in the third quarter of 2024.
