Kempower announced on Tuesday that it is renewing the company’s global management team and organizational structure with the aim of accelerating growth and innovation. The change is part of the implementation of the company’s new strategy, which the company will present under the leadership of its relatively new CEO Bhasker Kaushal at the CMD in Q2 2026. The changes will strengthen selected strategic areas such as technology development, software, and service business. This is more about evolution than revolution, as the changes are built around the existing core of the management team. We see the reorganization as a logical step for a rapidly developing and internationalizing company.
