Kuitenkin, toisin kuin alussa ajattelin, on tämä häijy tarjous menossa läpi jossain vaiheessa. Kysymys oikeastaan kuuluu että millä hinnalla loput prosentit kaavitaan kasaan jotta 90 % saavutetaan. En tiedä onko mahdollista että hyväksyvät esimerkiksi tilanteen jossa osakkeita hankitaan 87 %, ja loput 3 % revitään markkinoilta nousevaan hintaan. Tämän oman toiveen tai odotuksen takia en ole lähtenyt alhintaisena kauppaa hyväksymään. Mutta jos tällainen skenaario toteutuu, millä hinnalla loput 10 % lunastettaisiin, ja meneekö asiat tällöin by the book? Jollain ajatuksia asiaan?
