That’s not a dumb question. I found the Swedish company Innencon on these pages, and I became an owner last spring. I got instructions on how to proceed through the company’s website. I can’t answer any better than that; maybe it’s classified information 
how to find companies that you can become an owner of before IPOs. Maybe through newsletters or publications related to the company’s industry, from a friend, or by being part of the inner circle?
