Inderes initiates a share buyback program.
The share buyback program will commence on November 16, 2026, at the earliest, and conclude on March 31, 2027, at the latest. The maximum number of shares to be acquired is 40,000 shares in Inderes Plc, corresponding to approximately 2 percent of all shares in the company. The volume limit of the share buyback program is based on the average daily trading volume during the month preceding the announcement of the buyback program. In October 2026, the average daily volume was 1,384 shares, meaning the maximum daily volume limit of 25 percent corresponds to 346 shares. A maximum amount of EUR 500,000 will be used for the share repurchases.
