@_TeemuHinkula has secured a sixth member for the board. In my opinion, the profile fits perfectly for a situation where software sales in broader international markets serve as the spearhead.
Tuomas Syrjänen (b. 1976, Finnish citizen, M.Sc. Tech.) is a founding member of Futurice Oy and has served as the Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors since 2024. He served as the CEO of Futurice from 2008–2018 and as Business Director from 2003–2008. Syrjänen brings strong technological expertise and experience in international business and leading growth companies to the board’s work. He also serves as a board member at WithSecure Oyj, Vaisala Oyj, Vastuu Group, Flow Technologies Oy, and Lappeenranta University of Technology.
“Tuomas brings strong expertise in technology, AI, and internationalization to the board. He also has valuable experience with companies that have been at a similar stage of development as Inderes is now,” comments Sauli Vilén, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
Tuomas seems to have been on several podcasts recently, so I’ll have to listen to the man’s thoughts during a ski outing.
