It’s great that we finally got to go public with this! Videosync’s “European partner” was revealed at the same time, meaning this partnership has been in the works for well over a year now. Although this is the first public announcement, it is an expansion of the partnership into other product areas. ECS has top-tier products, especially on the compliance side (solutions related to MAR regulation), and in smaller companies, these often have the same buyer as Inderes’ IR products, so the offerings complement each other well.
