The sale came as a surprise to us, but we believe it reflects the company’s strong focus on its own strategy. The valuation of the transaction is low, signaling that the business’s profitability or future prospects were not strong enough as part of Gofore. The deal slightly lowers our revenue forecasts, but the impact on earnings forecasts is smaller; we will incorporate these changes in our next update.
