I have published some thoughts here before and I won’t repeat them now. I no longer have confidence that the direction will change anytime soon.
The consulting business is largely about the entire staff, what drive and attitude the team has, expertise, experience, the external perception of the company, its reputation in the industry, etc. Such a complex whole cannot be easily “managed into shape”. For this reason, I don’t believe anything will change.
