The fact that this comes as a surprise, leading now to a change in strategy, is either A) an excuse that will be swallowed by 20,000+ retail investors, or B) total incompetence in the design of the Phase 3 study.

I didn’t buy this explanation at all. My concern is focused on the results for first-line patients, for which very little and simultaneously conflicting data has been seen so far.
