EQT ostaa Copia Powerin, joka kehittää Yhdysvalloissa energiainfraa ja datakeskuskampuksia.
Copian malli yhdistää sähköntuotannon, siirtoverkon ja datakeskukset, mikä nopeuttaa erityisesti AI:lle tarvittavan infrastruktuurin rakentamista. EQT aikoo kasvattaa yhtiötä, vauhdittaa hankkeita ja hyödyntää synergioita muiden energia-, kuituverkko- ja datakeskussijoitustensa kanssa.
Kaupan odotetaan toteutuvan tämän vuoden loppuun mennessä.
