With the goal of further strengthening its position on the Swedish consulting market within IT infrastructure and security, the CombinedX company Nethouse Sverige AB (“Nethouse”) has today acquired all shares in Why IT Solutions AB (“Why”) in Sundsvall. Today, Why has around 30 consultants and the business has a turnover of approx. 70 million. The purchase price amounts to a maximum of SEK 32 million, of which SEK 20 million was paid in cash and SEK 5 million was paid in the form of reverses to the sellers, which must be set off against 107,942 newly issued shares in CombinedX AB (publ).
Why, which was founded in Sundsvall in 2013, offers consulting services in implementation and management as well as operation of infrastructure platforms and applications. The offer also includes packaged services within cloud and IT infrastructure and expertise in identity management as well as project management and business development. Why has several large customers in both the public and private sectors in Sundsvall and Västernorrland. The company has approximately 30 employees and turnover in 2023 of SEK 70 million with an operating margin of approximately 10 percent.
