Betolar announced that it has signed a EUR 3 million term loan, which was mentioned in previous releases as being in the negotiation phase. The loan is part of the previously announced EUR 17 million financing package.

“The term loan is intended to finance the initial costs and tailings purchase commitments of the procurement agreement signed with Otanmäki Mine Oy, as well as for the company’s general business purposes, and its maturity date is in November 2028.”
Yesterday, the company reported its fourth patent application related to the protection of critical infrastructure. In the same release, “containers” were mentioned for the first time, describing the modular structure that makes up the protection.
