Okay, good!
Would the Dutch scammer have any friends in the industry?
Great, I think Iâll buy more of this for my portfolio.
A good decision it probably is, Q3 went quite well, if the main owner has to give this up, then as a profitable and well-growing company, it will get a good premium at the current price! Cloud subscription accumulation over 20%!!! Hip hip hooray.
17.5 EUR shouldâve been a good entry price for me! Though I did buy one batch at 22.8 already, which cut down my profits quite a bit.
Will I have to buy more today?
Letâs get things in order and pay for the hybrid, then weâre good to go!
Basware reported a significantly stronger-than-expected profitability turnaround and cloud order intake for Q3. Quick comment: Basware Q3 - odotuksia selvempi tuloskÀÀnne ja vahva tilauskertymÀ - Inderes
New CEO. Pretty good recruit and if the US and UK also got new good leaders with @Petri_Aho, then we might soon be able to sigh deeply and put our feet up.
Good job, Petri! Good job, Claus!
Was it mentioned in an interview or somewhere that most of the debts had been paid off? Are the financing costs going down?
It didnât significantly impact financing costs, because the âŹ30 million loan that was paid off had a significantly lower interest rate than the current loan.
Interestingly, according to my knowledge, at least 3 new US investment companies have appeared as Basware owners with holdings of just under 5%.
So they were paid with that hybrid. Surely they can get a more reasonable loan with good performance, if things continue well?
Yes, I would assume that there will be no changes to the financing structure in the coming years.
In addition, it should be noted that the EUR 50 million loan is not a hybrid, but a senior loan with the possibility of capitalizing interest and a fixed loan period of 5.5 years. It can be repaid early, but it has a 40% exit fee.
This was mentioned there, so the reason is Basware being mentioned in a Kauppalehti (Finnish financial newspaper) news story ![]()
Todayâs Basware mystery. Whatâs suddenly dragging it down?
Or is this one of those ânegligible trading, small cap so share price movements are mysteriousâ situations?
Hardly any particular reason? Could it be that the most impatient ones are cashing in their profits, and that has caused a chain reaction of panic selling as the price dropped? Now might be a good time to stock up more.
Yep, at least for me, about 1/5 of it was on a stop-loss and sold.
It doesnât change my outlook, though. Still rising to 17.5.
Thatâs what I was wondering too, is this just a buying opportunity, or is there some news Iâve missed and Iâm about to catch a falling brick.
Same thoughts in my mind. It crashed quite a bit during the day, and I havenât found anything to explain it logically. Iâd really like to add more buysâŠ
I bought back cheaper, as I stated in my buy/sell ad. I often have part of my position equipped with a stop-loss.
This seems to be getting even cheaper. I wonder if I should add more again.
Iâve been adding this vigorously since late last week too. The hard baseline should be found soon enough.
