I’m currently unsure whether the profit from this sale will be recorded for 2024 or 2025, as the transaction will only be completed next year. Someone more knowledgeable can comment on this.
So, it would seem that a fairly significant increase is coming to the cooperative interest rate either for 2025 or 2026, assuming that other investment activities have proceeded as expected. However, capital equivalent to the full purchase price will not be released from this, as part of it will be paid in HANZA shares.
